Searching the database

To perform light searches you can use the top right search box from any page to search for users, projects, samples, executions or data.

To perform a more in-depth search you can click on the "Advanced Search" button next to this top right search box.

From here its possible to set different search criteria in order to narrow down your search.

Searching is going to be improved in the near future to allow filtering for more criteria, including quality control scores of given samples, for example.
