Working with genomes

Flow currently supports six organisms: human, mouse, drosophila, rat, zebrafish and yeast. In the future we plan to expand this support.

Each organism can have multiple versions of a genome associated with it, these might correspond to different releases. We have focused on providing Ensembl genomes because these seem to cause the least issues with nf-core pipelines.

From each organisms' genome page you can see the available versions and also samples that you have access to which have used these genome versions.
